Getting started
How long does setup take?
Setup takes less than ten minutes. The user signs up, uploads documents, configures the agent name, and copy-pastes the embed script.
Do I need a developer to install this?
No developer is required. Copying and pasting the script tag into the CMS, WordPress, Shopify, or static HTML is all that is needed.
Can the widget look, voice, and greeting be customized?
Yes. Colors, branding titles, voice profiles (such as Kokoro voices), and welcome messages can be customized in the portal settings.
How it works
How does the AI answer questions accurately?
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is used. When a visitor speaks, the system matches their words with the uploaded documents and feeds only that context to the AI model. This guarantees the agent does not invent answers.
What happens if the AI does not know the answer?
The agent informs the visitor that the information is unavailable in its documents and offers to capture their contact info so a human representative can follow up.
Can it speak multiple languages?
English is fully supported, and [PLACEHOLDER] additional languages are being optimized in local voice model tests.
Data & privacy
Is client data used to train other models?
No. Standard LLM API integration uses strict data privacy where inputs are not stored for training. Local voice models (Whisper.cpp and Kokoro) run inside our isolated VPS environments, meaning data never leaves the server instance.
Where are call recordings stored?
Call recordings are stored securely in your database schema, and audio files are hosted on connected Google Drive folders controlled by the customer.
Can data be deleted?
Yes. Deleting a document inside the portal removes the document and its vectorized indexes from the database instantly.

Does this script slow down websites?
